PU Binder

Made from POP and MDI, our PU binder is professionally used for running track and sports court, and it has highly adhesiveness to EPDM rubber granules, also has the characteristic of good fastness to weather, durability, non-toxic and so on. After cured, it has highly elasticity and tenacity.

Job practice: Comprehensive mixed with EPDM rubber granules

1. Do not add diluent or filler at will for it is moisture-cured single part adhesive. The volume of the mixture depends on the weather condition and the left materials should be seal saved.

2. EPDM granules and PU binder should be stirred well according to the exact ratio.

3. Practice temperature is 5℃～40℃, curing time is mainly depend on the temperature and humidity. The higher temperature is, the faster the mixture cures. If the temperature is very low, we advice add 0.1~0.3% catalytic agent in the mixture.
